2026 discounts
Refer-a-Friend Discount
$150 discount per newly enrolled camper usable towards a session during the current enrollment year; can be combined with any discounts. Give a $150 discount to the camper referred.Sibling Discount
$300 off per sibling for a two-week session, or $150 per sibling for a 1-week session for each additional camper from the same family; can be combined with any discounts offered.Adventure Camp Discount
$100 off any Adventure Camp Session! Must enroll prior to June 1st, 2026.Payment Plans for 2026
Register at any time and make monthly payments through May 29, 2026.
- Charges the card on file and is charged on the first business day of every month.
- $375 non-refundable registration fee per camper per session.
- Registration for each session closes 10 days before the session start date.
Transportation
For an additional fee, Camp Horizons provides a shuttle service from Washington-Dulles Airport for international campers.
Dulles International Airport: $200 each way
Please contact us to arrange details for airport shuttles. Flights arriving in Dulles need to arrive between 10 am and 2 pm on Sundays, and flights departing from Dulles need to be scheduled to leave between 12 pm and 4 pm on Saturdays.
Refund Policy
No refunds or reductions are made for late arrival or early departure from camp. Any camper whose behavior disrupts the camp program or is harmful to themselves or others will be dismissed with no refund. Please make sure your camper meets our Essential Eligibility Criteria prior to enrolling.
- A $375 non-refundable registration fee per session per camper is required at the time of enrollment. For cancellations made prior to April 1, families are eligible for a refund less registration fees.
- All cancellations on or after April 1 are nonrefundable.
